Eating surprisingly good churros and chocolate sauce from a roadside stall in Phnom Penh, while two guys use dangerous equipment a few feet away, with no safety measures whatsoever. To the right of this was someone with one of those contraptions that can easily burn your retinas if you happen to look over.
