Let's hope the level of political activism can be maintained and translated into change but Cameron must be watched like a hawk. Now that the referendum is passed Scotland has no leverage at Westminster and he is set on placating Tory backbenchers and the UKIP fringe. Just watch those vague assurances on "devolution plus " vanish like smoke, the dog whistles in his speech this morning heavily imply he has his sights set on cutting spending in Scotland even further.
