Birth day

This is my son.
8 years ago he came into this world, a perfectly happy wee thing and has remained so and totally brightened up our lives.
It also feels like a new day for where I live.
As a product of the United Kingdom, the last few weeks have been very hard for me.
It is over and I hope that the division that has been made can be healed, and that the political fervour can be turned into making a better place for everyone.
