A Hopeful No

Ellie is the reason I voted no. Not through fear as the yes campaign argues strongly today, but because I believe the argument was not factually strong enough to support the case for an independent Scotland. I am a proud Scot, but also very proud to be British. In my opinion our nations really are Better and Stronger Together. So proud that so many of us were engaged in the campaign and voted. For that we should all be proud.

I know it is a very sad day for the 45% of folk who voted yes. But we must now unite and put pressure on the uk government to improve powers and political change for all of us across Britain.
