Misty Evening

Fleet Common was looking particularly eerie this evening as I picked Alice up from trampolining. We had a bit of a wander, trying to avoid cow pats and spiders' webs in the diminishing light. My camera wasn't keen on the low light, so I had to take the bull by the horns and use manual focus. That's a first for me.

Took father in law into Fleet this morning to buy some glue to mend his shoes. He is suffer from a severe case of boredom at the moment, so I hope this task will keep him occupied for an afternoon. I also managed to persuade him to join the library. Whether or not he'll actually use it is another thing!
