pancake day!

i like pancakes! today we had them for dinner! I made extra 'cos the recipe (Delia's) doesn't make enough for dinner for two, and then we sat down with sugar, lemons, cinnamon and the pancakes and watched "There Will Be Blood". Seemed a good film until the last hour, when it literally lost the plot... ;-)
