Intimate portrait of a bee

The weather has turned cooler and there was one bee on my favorite bush. He was moving very slowly. I took several nice pictures, but I couldn't get his face. It was always buried in a flower.

On Wednesday I took some very nice pictures of the cross country meet, but my son asked not to be blipped that day, and I didn't feel I could use the other images as they are still children. But I was pleased with the pictures I took.
