.... bread was made in a charcoal oven on his stall in the artisan and food market as part of the British Fair. Apart from one stand covered in Union Flags giving out island info, the fare was much like at every other fiesta. No bacon sarnies (sorry, Raheny) or deep-fried Mars bars (in honour of Scotland still being part of the UK) to be seen anywhere.
