Brambles A Gogo

Sunday afternoon adventures.
Found a big Bramble patch in some rough ground in Fraserburgh.
Picked some apples from my tree.
Made Brandied Bramble and Apple Jam and some Bramble liqueurs.

Jam set well on was lovely on scones.
