Recently, I've really got into baking.

It started off with the odd cake or muffin batch here and there. But now I've really become inspired with bread. I knew someone who used to bake bread and he would make loads every couple of weeks and just freeze them. They saved loads of money on making their own, and it's way more healthier. I really enjoy making bread. It's really satisfying proving and kneading your dough and watching it rise.

Uni is going well. It's still really stressful, and really over whelming. There's so much information that I just can't seem to grasp. Everyone seems to be volunteering and doing extra things. It's hard enough to get to uni and back!

Speaking of which, because my mum has abandoned me for her stupid cruise, I'm staying all over so the commute is awful. It's like 2 hours everyday, and by the time I'm home I'm so tired. Wont be so bad once I'm in a routine and everyone knows what the crack is.
