It's Quiet Here

J, A & Mr Dog left for Cornwall very early this morning and are happily now there.

Strolling by the river I caught sight of this splash of colour brightening up a dull morning. It is still dull, not the slightest glimmer of sun. I shall spend the afternoon newspaper and book reading.
