Baked Sinigang ala Felmz

This is what happens when you ran out of gas for cooking in the middle of your cooking on a rainy evening.

Our last resort was to cook Mommy Felma's sinigang via the oven.

Voila! Baked Sinigang it is... and oh so yummy!
