Thai Green Curry

This weekend is all about the food. I felt the urge to cook up a storm in the kitchen so went and bought loads of ingredients on my way home from work. I cooked Thai green curry for dinner tonight and tomorrow I am going to make chocolate Guinness cake. A very early night tonight this week has taken it out of me!
