....is where Mr Cameron and his mates are going to leave us, if he pushes through his measly proposals for stopping Scottish MP's voting on English matters. Is this really the answer for the regions who feel so divorced from Westminster?
We need considered proposals for constitutional reform for the UK and lots of engaged debate...... Seen any flying pigs?
