Arrival on Island of Lesbos

Well what a change from Scotland except the view from my bedroom window tonight is of a castle on a hill and it looks just like Stirling castle when it's floodlight.

First session of yoga starts at 7 am tomorrow ... Half the class of 14 are either yoga teachers or training to be. Oh dear!... I only do it once a week to try and keep fit and supple. Somehow I suspect this cavalier approach will not be appreciated in this yoga retreat centre .
