The deep end

This is a photo of a painting hanging on the wall outside the room i am staying in while on this meditation retreat. I have seen it several times before but never given it a second glance until this morning.

We're in silence again, which mean I can write or go for walks (except it is way too cold outside) or just sit.

Somehow sitting with a bunch of people in silence stimulates the inner voice and all sorts of things happen. Mostly I feel close to everyone but today I feel far far away. Almost feel like giving he finger to anyone who looks at me.

Well, I walked past this picture today and it just leaped out at me. That was me getting ready to dive.
