Garden Glory

On one of our trips back to the UK, planted a raspberry bush - had forgotten it was a golden one - lovely surprise, as were the purple flowers on the mint.

Full day today, and am now making a blackberry (picked in the Newhall) and apple (picked in the Lake District) pie for Sunday lunch, when we are hosting our church's speaker for the day. Last time we did that, I seem to remember, had to abandon the speaker and go rescue my Mum, who'd had a fall.
