The Scottish Diaspora Tapestry
On display at Anchor Mills, Paisley until Monday 22 September. Open 10 am - 6 pm. Admission free.
The panels tell stories of Scots who have travelled all over the world. Twenty five countries represented in the displays at the moment. It is a work in progress. Designed by Andrew Crummy, who was involved in The Great Tapestry of Scotland.
I really liked those representing our many ceilidh dances, along with music and song. So many rich colours, telling interesting tales. More information here. Next stop Inverness.
