A happy accident...

Today's blip was a bit of an accident.

It was snowing as we walked to work so I thought it would be a good morning to try to get a nice shot of the main building here at Queen's. Unfortunately by the time I got there the snow had stopped and the sun had come out, meaning the building was totally backlit again. No chance of a good shot. I considered a silhouette photo but wasn't totally happy with it.

I resigned myself to having to think of something else later in the day but on my way through the main Black & White Hall I thought I'd take a quick snap of our statue of Galileo. Because I wasn't really paying attention I exposed for the window instead of the statue. This is the result.

I'm sure I'll blip all of those other things at some stage :)
