A Poultry Assortment!

Earlier this evening I was helping son 1 feed his hens - this pen houses an assortment of different hens and bantam breeds some of them hatched in an incubator and others rescued recently.

I sneaked this picture through the wire netting while they were tucking into some food he had spread on the ground.

The more productive egg producing hens are in another pen nearby.
