No, I'm not tired of being north of the border already.

It's the inspired name of the International Crime Writing Festival I was at today in Stirling.

It was brilliant - relaxed, warm & friendly, with terrific events and plenty of interesting conversation.

Before heading back to Edinburgh, I went up to the castle and took this photo looking across to the Wallace Memorial. The sun on the hills behind it made them look as if they were bathed in blood.
