More Foodie Gifts

This weekend has been awesome in terms of foodie gifts - on Friday we were given a load of venison (which I slow cooked in red wine today), duck, partridge, apple crumble & the rather interesting sounding Thyme jelly.

This evening S came back from walking Cosmo bearing a bowl of fresh plums from our neighbours up the road.

What wonderful people live in this neck of the woods.
