St Andrews

MrsPuff and I went for a bit of a Photo trip today which was a nice way to spend one day of the long weekend especially after the disappointing election result last night its going to be very hard on the working people of New Zealand. We traveled down to Karetane and looked around some of the coastal areas and one place of interest was the Seacliff Mental Hospital which is now gone. This is St Andrews Anglican Church at Maheno a beautiful building both inside and outside. We have driven through a number of these places for years and never stopped to look and see what is there and to top it off a local who owns the old garage and an old tractor stopped to talk to us and tell us some of the history.
