Stars Over The Mast

In the afternoon we anchored in a little bay called Bedri Rhami. One can then swim around the boat and for the more adventurous, a swim to the shore.

Tea, coffee and freshly made cake is served between 3 and 4pm each day. It's lovely to get back on after a swim and warm up again with a hot coffee or tea.

The evening meal is at 8pm, and consists of simple food which is quite tasty. There's sixteen on us sat around a large table on the boat. Everyone is friendly, and enjoy some banter.

being away from towns and villages, the stars over heard are awesome as there is no stray light to spoil it. It's difficult to take photo's over a second exposure as the boat rocks and gives a slight blur. Even a tripod would be no use. In the circumstances my photo of the stars over the mast isn't too shabby. At least it will bring back the memories of the star scenes we see every night. Seldom are they this good back home.
