Black-eyed Susan
The name of this shrub a native of East Africa hardly passes todays scrutiny of any suggestion of victimisation, discrimination, innuendo or whatever but thankfully the thought police haven't so far got plants on their radar.
A colourful addition to any border, this, a Suzie Hybrid is more restrained than the wild plant and requires feeding and watering regularly.
