Sunday tea time

A very quiet Sunday for us. Lunch had been prepared yesterday, ready to go in the oven so I had a lovely long lie in. Watched the Grand Prix, enjoyed Lewis' win very much. Then baked a cake. Thankfully just for us since it fell to pieces a bit whilst I was trying out the checkerboard technique. Looks impressive but not sure it's worth the effort! Tastes pretty nice though with the milk choc ganache.
