More of the white stuff

Started snowing at 1pm today and still falling...roads horrendous, gritters have not been out and I`m still waiting for Chris to get home from work.
He left the house at 5.15 this morning, picked his wagon up drove to Coventry hospital, back to Rugby to pick up another load and then down to Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. M1 closed between 15a and 18 due to an earlier accident so he had to divert and after 12 hours driving and delivering to various hospitals he is now on the run home, traffic is crawling along due to the conditions.
Cottage pie in the oven along with an apple pie so hurry up dear, I`m famished.
