Sparkling September Sunday at Shanklin

What a contrast from yesterday's fog and cloud when this morning dawned with bright sunshine and crisp clear air.

I don't usually venture far on Sundays preferring the quieter days of the week but could not resist a walk along Shanklin sea front where everyone was enjoying the late September warmth with sailors surfers, swimmers,and even sunbathers out in abundance. It could have been mid-summer.
