Supporting Girls in Secondary School

In order to conserve fuel and manage costs, Alepher is combining visitation to parents with pump installation.

➢ They is high school dropout because the students come from very far

What have they done to address their challenges
➢ They mobilized the community to build a girls hostel.
➢ It has 10 rooms.

We will look at supporting these girls, by paying fees mainly. The parents will do their best to buy books, and other necessities.

Our hope is also to help with the girls hostel in terms of sanitation, food and in the longer term setting up a school garden to produce their own food.

They went on then to install pumps in the area.
