Mussel and King Prawn Risotto

Yes, another food blip!

I had originally blipped a cool sign off Rose Street however, once seeing it on the big screen, it wasn't that great. So had to resort to my tea again...

I tried a different pan to cook my risotto tonight. Normally I use a wok style pan - but I decided to take out a 30cm flat pan to try. Hoping it would cook faster becuase of a bigger surface area - I think it was a little quicker, only by a few minutes though. It turned out pretty good in the end, J really enjoyed it.
