Extended Summer

As summer draws to a close, it seems the sunshine has been clinging on as much as we have. Sadly though, today we really noticed the earlier sunset and the colder twilight hours.

It's only at this point I realise that with regards to this year long project, I have 'locked in' all the Summer photos. I now have a little panic, wondering if I'll get all the types of shots I want to by the end of the year. I must start making a list as even though there are still a fair few days left, I have a feeling it will creep up on me.

For the meantime, although I lament the end of summer, I am happy with the knowledge that today at least, I still got to wear my flip-flops.
