If I must

Neither my husband nor I like eggs and as such, I only buy them when they are required for something like cake baking, or, sticking with tradition, for making pancakes. Therefore, to avoid a needless waste of yet more eggs by leaving them in the fridge until they reach their sell by date, I have decided to do the honorable thing and make more pancakes.
