The Gutter Brothers

The best and most enjoyable gig I have been to for a long time. Once described as "mental, metal, skiffle" we loved this band in the early 90s. They get together once a year for a mini tour and this is the first time we have seen them for about 22 years. We are all a bit older, they are still full of fun, a bit mental and leaning a bit more towards metal than skiffle. We danced and sang the night away. They were fantastic. Normally at the end of a gig the venue empties pretty quickly with everyone going to get their tube or train home. Tonight hardly anyone left, I think we were all not wanting it to end, having for a couple of hours recaptured something very special from over 20 years ago.

Tonight I found my "everlasting shining peace of mind"!
