My very sensitive GI tract has called for me to learn how to cook with different ingredients and in different ways. Tonight, I made a favorite family recipe that usually involves marinating the chicken and/or tofu in teriyaki sauce. But I could not find gluten-free teriyaki sauce today. Instead, I marinated the chicken in toasted sesame oil and tamari sauce. The sesame sauce I made is quite strong so the chicken got away with the subtler marinade. Another trick for the cookbook.
