Darkness visible

A corner, just off the High Street in Lewes, near my office, where this attractive building stands in the shadow of the castle, just visible through the gap between the house and the adjacent property.

It was wet. It was dark. I love the glow of the streetlight reflected in the wet ground and the shiny black facade of the building.
