The Golden Glow of Autumn

Only one small tree turning color here, but note the carpet
of golden rod blooming. That is always a sure sign
that winter is coming.....I love golden rod except when
it seeds too excessively in my flowers. The neighbor has
a whole bank of golden rod at the edge of her property.
The late fall winds help it propagate hither and thither.
