Little Hartley

As we drove back from Lithgow this afternoon I took a slight diversion down a little country lane that is one of my favourites in Little Hartley. There's a vantage point on a road that lead off the lane where you can look across part of the valley.

The trees still have to spring into life but I always think that this vista reminds me of an English country scene. In another couple of weeks it will be an absolute picture but I don't even mind it as I found it this afternoon.
