From The Sofa

I didn't have to move from the sofa to take this, thanks to my zoom lens. The light was streaming in and they looked quite nice.
I haven't moved all day. I woke up had breakfast and lay on the sofa. Fell asleep, woke for lunch, then went back to sleep for the afternoon. The phone woke me at 5pm , it was the hospital checking in. They were a bit disappointed that I hadn't done anything today.
Got to head up there tomorrow morning to see the psychiatrist.
