Safeguarding

This is our Safeguarding Reference Group, or at least part of it, one or two were absent for this evening's meeting. We're delighted and relieved in equal measure that we have a Safeguarding Team who do amazing work in what can be challenging circumstances. Their dedication, foresight and experience makes everybody's work much easier and simpler, thank you. This evening the Reference Group looked at the huge progress made in the speeding up and efficiency of DBS checking, the provision of online training, how our safeguarding work measures up to and integrates with other agencies and with the national church. These are good people doing a great job.
