Au revior Mr C....again

It's been a full on tiring day.

As Mr C is leaving in the early hours for another two month stint in Afghan, and it's my birthday tomorrow (horrible present) , we all met up in Lechlade after work and school to have an early birthday dinner by the river, before we dropped him off at the base in Oxfordshire.

All very sad, as Munchkin 1 seemed to totally forget his daddy wasn't coming home tonight and he wouldn't see him for a very long time. I'm used to it now, but it doesn't make it easier as I feel terribly for the my eldest and Little Miss E as I know she even gets upset when he's not there for just one or two mornings. :(

But here's my Blip for today, a cheap selfie of me and Mr C, before the tears.
