Summer (Autumn) Spokes Ride to Culross

The last Summer Spokes Ride of the year went to Culross and The Kelpies. Usually on the September Summer ride there may be some trees exhibiting a little bit of yellow. This year loads of tress have oranges and reds. We travel out to the Forth Road Bridge and take National Cycle Route 76 to Kincardine.

The lunch stop in Culross is a the sun trap that is the Culross Old Schoolyard Community Garden. A nice spot to have a picnic, sheltered from the wind. No sign of Autumn here.

After lunch we continue West to Kincardine and cross the Forth via the Clackmannanshire Bridge. we visit The Kelpies, which I blipped back in July. We found a way out of Falkirk via the Union Canal before heading to Linlithgow and home.
