End of the road

Looking at trees today and this sad looking silver birch is unfortunately at the end if it's useful safe life next to this busy road. It's started to loose branches and I have to organise for its removal in the near future. There is another one close by that has a crack running down the trunk do that will also need to come out.

I will however be planting several more trees in this location so it's a cycle of life and hopefully these new trees will continue to give high visual amenity for years to come.!
