craft beer rising
A very fun day through in Glasgow for Drygate's beer festival.
Sam's sister has just started Uni at Glasgow so his dad took Dexter off our hands for a few hours to visit her while Sam and I marauded around Glasgow's newest craft beer pub/brewery drinking beer.
A few notable absences, (Cromarty, Tempest, Highland, Buxton, to name a few), but we managed to make the most of what was there. Highlights included The Tickle Monster and Breakfast Stout, both by Siren and Thornbridge's Belgian Golden ale.
We also managed to get our hands on the last bottle of Eden brewery's Hopped gin which is quite delicious. The fact that we spent £30 on a 50cl bottle suggests that we were quite pissed by the end of the day.
Just like old times.
