Hurtta Competition

Great excitement last night Bud has won the Hurrta Competition with this photo and write up!

He is now going to be the proud owner of the new Hurrta Torrent Raincoat. The competition was to chose 5 dogs from around the world to test the new raincoat. There were over a thousand entries and, along with 4 other dogs from Canada, Italy, Slovenia and Finland, Bud was chosen to be the UK tester.

I am really pleased as I have been looking for a new Winter coat for him that will keep him dry and warm as we go out in all weathers. His fur is not waterproof like Poppy's, it just soaks up the rain and takes ages to dry. The coat will be made from a new material that is water and wind proof, breathable but light. So it should be very comfortable to wear. (also it will be very expensive!)

Bud is very pleased as he is now looking forward to all the new and exiting walks we shall be going on in order to rigorously test the coat! He is not so chuffed that it is supposed to keep the dogs clean and free from mud!
