No, Cousteau, I'm afraid you can't! Cousteau seems wary of the chickens (and roosters) unless they lie down. Then, apparently, they are imminently stalkable. Fortunately, all he does is stare at them until they get a bit uncomfortable, move and frighten him off. There was a bit of a tussle, when one tried to peck around his toes, but no-one was hurt.

I've been incredibly lazy today. I have found a book I enjoy and have pretty much devoured it. I only have about one third of it left.

Despite my reading frenzy, I've managed to tick a few more things off my list of stuff I must do during the school holidays.
