Grey

I went out with some of my closest friends last night. It was sorely needed by all of us I think and we had a great night. We were howling at the end about turtle blood and enemas. Yes it was that random!

Tuesday choir again tonight. Have a few songs to try so will be interesting.

Today I went for a really hilly run, shortish in distance but high in elevation. I loved it. I keep debating about increasing my distance and I may on Thursday.

Oh it's been about a year since I stopped colouring my hair. I love it! Much easier. It has taken until now to get all the old colour cut out! When there is lots of grey I am going for wacky rinse colours but for now. I like it!
