Another big swim after work. Second day running that I just missed out on the time I wanted - we're talking one second per length improvement needed, that's all. I reckon the solution is to go out harder in the early stages and just try and hang in there without fading too much at the end. And I realise that possibly only no static is interested in this swim analysis so I'll stick in a corker of a new tune just for him...
