Rank Bajin!

Walking into central Glasgow after a meeting in Hillhead, I encountered a statue commemorating the work of local cartoonist Bud Neill. This fearsome felon is Rank Bajin, villain of the Lobey Dosser strip in the Evening News during the 1940s and 1950s.
