The changing of the seasons

I took this this morning just before driving to work. It looked such a nice day and for the first time since returning from Hong Kong I felt relaxed enough to observe the world a bit more. Thanks so much for your kind words and though I am now busy for a couple of days catching up on everything, I will be fully commenting again soon.

I had my blood test today, the opening gambit in my four monthly consultant's appointment which is a week on Friday. I am always a little anxious about what it might tell me but know that I just have to get on with things and it will come soon enough.
