It’s pastry week

A cheese, potato and olive tart from Nellig, followed up by strawberry jam and apple alphabet tart. And from Matthew: mini cheese and lemon thyme quiches (class) and a (dropped oh the drama) apple and strawberry crumble tart- totally delicious. Needless to say the homework didn’t get done but it was 3 hours well spent. Apparently it’s éclairs next week- not sure I can handle the creative pressure in the kitchen.
